These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Live Global Leaderboard at globalleaderboard.live (the "Service"). By making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a competitive pay-to-rank public leaderboard. You pay to place a ranked entry displaying your chosen name, message, country, and optional link. Your rank is determined by your total payment amount relative to all other participants.
You are purchasing a competitive listing on a public leaderboard, a digital service.
Your payment purchases a ranked entry on the leaderboard. Your rank position is determined by your total payment relative to all other participants and may change at any time as others make payments. Payment does not guarantee any specific rank or duration at any rank. You are paying for participation in a competitive leaderboard, not for a guaranteed position.
Rankings are tracked across five timeframes: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and All-Time. Timed leaderboards reset at their respective intervals (UTC).
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the Service and make payments. By making a payment, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you are a resident of the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom: by making a payment, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (or equivalent local legislation). You will be asked to confirm this before your first payment.
Any entry containing the following will be immediately removed and the entry permanently banned, regardless of payment amount:
The platform reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.
By submitting an entry, you grant globalleaderboard.live a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to display, reproduce, and distribute your name, message, country, and associated data on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that your entry does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
The platform is not responsible for the content, safety, or legality of any external links submitted by users. You access linked content at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, globalleaderboard.live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway
